Meditation at OMC

We offer weekly group practices with a range of meditation approaches from Buddhist practice to secular approaches to living a full and vibrant life. There is something for everyone and beginners are welcome.

We offer community programs including mindfulness meditation instruction in the Mindful Wellness Program and mindful activities for all ages in the Mindful Families Program.

OMC is also the home of the Southern Tier Sangha, a Buddhist community group.
