Olean Meditation Center
Weekly Meditation Schedule
The Olean Meditation Center offers a range of weekly meditation sessions to meet the varied needs and schedules of the community. All sessions are in-person, free, and open to the public. Although the practices are based on Buddhist meditation, people of all faiths and beliefs are welcome.

No previous meditation experience is required. For those who are new to meditation, we offer beginning instructions 15 minutes before start time.
All are invited to join us for optional tea and fellowship afterwards.

Although the practices are based on Buddhist philosophy and meditation techniques, the session is secular without the recitation of prayers. The focus is on how our practice can help us to live our lives more fully with an open heart.
