About the event
Experience a sound journey with the healing vibrations of Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, drums, flutes, rattles, and more. The vibrations and rich overtones of these ancient and modern healing instruments harmonize body, mind and spirit and restore natural energy balance.
You simply let go and receive.
Yoga mats are available or you can bring your own along with whatever else you’d like for your comfort (pillows, eye covers, blanket, etc) while lying on the floor. Chairs will be available if you prefer to sit.

Dr. Celine Daly is a retired physician trained in family practice and public health. She spent most of her medical career living in Asia and Africa where she worked in international public health with a specialty in HIV/AIDS. She is also certified in medical acupuncture and studied yoga (teacher certification) and many alternative forms of healing, including Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and pranic healing. Throughout her life, Dr. Daly studied meditation in Thailand, India, Bhutan, and the US and teaches meditation at the Olean Meditation Center where she also serves on the Board of Directors. Dr. Daly has extensively studied and practiced sound healing and has conducted scores of sound baths since 2016 in hospitals, libraries, and yoga centers.
