Our team will be available with information and displays from 2:00 - 5:00 pm for:

· OMC programs, Windfall Gardens, the new labyrinth, and our Center of Solitude retreat center

· Southern Tier Sangha

· The Hindu Society of Olean and Allegany

· Mindful Wellness programs for meditation instruction, mindful family activities, and mindful mornings

· Yoga & Qigong/Tai Chi

- Intro to Hindu shrine & prayer festivals

- Labyrinth walk

3:30 - 3:50 pm: 

- Qigong/Tai chi

- Guided mindfulness meditation

- Mindful nature walk for families

4:00 - 4:20 pm 

- Yoga w/Kim LaMendola

- Guided mindfulness meditation

- Walking meditation in Windfall Gardens

4:30 - 4:50pm: Sound bath
