About the event

Join us for a nature therapy experience led by Chip Matthews, a certified Forest Therapy Guide. Forest therapy is a guided outdoor healing practice inspired by Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) that invites participants to slow down, open their senses, and experience nature in order to deepen their reciprocal relationship with the forest.  Forest therapy is an opportunity to become reconnected with your senses and your innate creative potential, allowing your imagination to awaken.

"The forest is the therapist. The guide opens the doors."

           ~M. Amos Clifford
