About the event
Mindfulness is an ancient wisdom-based discipline as well as a scientifically-supported path to profound self-awareness, personal development and inner calm especially needed in these turbulent times. This four-week course in mindfulness meditation is designed to increase well-being, promote self-compassion and reduce stress by introducing mindfulness techniques and tools that can be used in everyday life.

Suggested payment is $40 for the course but donations in any amount are accepted. A zoom option is available if unable to attend in-person.
