Back by popular demand! Relax and recharge with this 2-hour session starting with yoga, followed by a guided meditation, & topped off with a mini sound bath. All levels welcome. Free event. Advance registration required.

About the event

Join us for a morning of mindfulness designed for maximum relaxation and rejuvenation. The morning will start with a 45-min yoga session with Kim LaMendola, followed by a 15-min guided mindfulness meditation facilitated by Max Jensen, and finishing off with a 30-minute sound bath with Celine Daly.

Suitable for people of all levels, including beginners.

Bring a yoga mat if you can. A light blanket and pillow are also recommended for the sound bath. A limited number of mats and blankets are available at the center.

There is no charge for the event, but we ask that you register in advance here. Spaces are limited so please cancel if your plans change. Donations are gratefully accepted at the door or online.
