About the event

The theme for the meditation retreat day will be the Buddhist concepts of emptiness and no-self. This program will feature several OMC meditation teachers introducing Buddhist practices and meditations that help to relinquish self-grasping and explore the "self" as a construct.

Light lunch will be served. All necessary meditation materials are provided.Some background in meditation is recommended.

There is no charge for this event. Please register by January 10.

Noble Silence and Mindfulness will be practiced throughout the day.

10:25 Arrive at least 5 minutes early to  hang your coat and find a seat/cushion.
