Join us on World Labyrinth Day to explore the amazing history and therapeutic effects of walking a labyrinth!   This workshop cover such topics as :  History of labyrinths, Difference between a labyrinth and a maze, How walking a labyrinth activates healing energies to emerge through your chakras/endocrine system, Breathing and focusing techniques to enhance your contemplative experience walking a labyrinth, How to draw your OWN mini-labyrinth to finger-walk through s an easy, fun and and surprisingly effective stress management tool, and more!   The workshop ends with a walk through the labyrinth, weather-permitting. Rain date will be Sunday, May 5 at 10:30 am. Led by Betsy Afton.

Bring walking shoes and clothes appropriate to the weather. The path to the labyrinth can be muddy.
