Join us at the Olean Meditation Center to explore the intersection of mindfulness and Haiku poetry. Led by Albert Brown, we will read examples of Haiku written from meditative experience, and then be guided to write our own Haiku through observation and present moment awareness.

Please bring a simple notebook and pen to write with, and clothing to keep you warm for a short meditation outside.
