Please join us as we explore the edge where consciousness,

drumming and awareness meet. This is a free drum circle that

will include a few mindfulness exercises to help us hear and feel

our way towards a group coherence using sound.

We will have some drums but please bring one,

or a percussion instrument if you have one, and lets

have some fun!
